I started working with Roheela and the Martin Veasey Talent Solutions team in 2022. My experience working with them has been excellent and they have added real value to our business due to their professional and proactive approach.

I partnered with Roheela and the team on a contingent basis to recruit a Warehouse & Distribution Manager. This is a crucial role for us and is central to the development of our distribution strategy. From the outset Roheela took the time to really understand what we were looking for in the role and demonstrated her experience by asking the appropriate questions and sharing some insights from her knowledge in the market. It was very clear that the screening processes that took place with the candidates was very effective as all of the candidates that were shortlisted and shared with me were very high calibre. This provided a sharp contrast to some other experiences I have had with other recruitment agencies.
