I have worked with Martin Veasey Talent Solutions for over 3 years while in the capacity of Managing Director at a construction products manufacturing business in the UK. Martin and Roheela were introduced to me by our Group HR Director who had previously used their services on many key appointments, including International roles.

Having used many specialist recruiters in the past I was impressed that both Martin and Roheela took the time to travel to our premises to fully understand the business and to meet key members of the team. This proved to be beneficial as we built the senior management team. Key appointments included, Sales Director, Production Manager, Marketing Manager, Mechanical Design Engineer and SHEQ Manager.

Through each appointment Martin Veasey Talent Solutions took the time to fully understand the brief and challenged us if they considered that we had overlooked any key points. The process of sourcing and evaluating candidates, from a client’s point of view, was effortless. Martin Veasey Talent Solutions ensured that we were updated on a regular basis on progress relating to the volume and quality of the candidates being evaluated and then presented to us those candidates that they believed would be suitable. On occasions where the response was slow or the quality of the candidates was of concern then Martin Veasey Talent Solutions were proactive in suggesting changes to the brief or the benefits being offered to encourage better response. Martin Veasey Talent Solutions presented each candidate with a summary document detailing their evaluation of them along with a copy of the individuals CV. Following evaluation either Martin or Roheela were available to discuss in detail any questions we had before interviews were arranged.

At all times the candidates presented to us were of high quality and calibre to suit the role, and it was often the case that we had more than enough candidates for first round interviews. This did not stop Martin Veasey Talent Solutions continuing to search for further candidates.

Candidates arrived for interview well briefed and many commented on how impressed they had been in dealing with Martin Veasey Talent Solutions when compared to other agencies. The wider Martin Veasey Talent Solutions team were very efficient, helpful and professional and provided effective communication between client and candidates while at all times Martin and Roheela were available when required.
