This is a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up for a high growth and key player within the commercial finance sector. You will deploy your track record as an exceptional recruiter to shape our client’s recruitment and talent acquisition function, creating fresh new processes and playing a key role in their aggressive growth plans which include multiple office locations.
Success in this role requires a high energy personality; exceptional intellect combined with pragmatism; a hands on, tactical, operational, and strategic approach; amazing attention to detail; a multitasker and project manager; tenacity and commitment to deliver and continuously improve.
About you:
You will be university degree educated to minimum 2:1 and may have joined a very results focused recruitment team serving the fast paced and demanding financial services, investment banking, wealth management, Big 4 consultancy, or other FTSE 500 corporate. This experience could have been gained agency/head-hunter side or as part of an inhouse or RPO led recruitment and talent acquisition team.

The Role:
A varied and busy role responsible for attracting and recruiting talent. You will work with line managers to understand their requirements, bringing job descriptions to life, deciding on the best route to market, whether that be via direct sourcing or working with a specialist recruiter or developing other appropriate talent attraction strategies including organising and attending recruitment events.
You will deliver a proactive recruitment service, undertaking initial screening and first stage interviews and shortlisting, through to onboarding, ensuring a great experience for both the candidates and hiring managers. You will upskill and coach line managers on best hiring practices and interviewing techniques. You will also source and implement a ATS ensuring it is future proof for our client’s business and able to capture data and trends to support business growth.

With around 160 staff members and operations across six sites, the business boasts a pallet network, expansive Full-Service Warehousing, and an emerging e-fulfilment unit. This is a business on the ascent and your expertise will be invaluable in managing growth and guiding the evolution of their human resources as they scale. You will work closely with the new Managing Director and the existing HR Manager implementing several HR initiatives as part of the strategic and operational roadmap.
About You:

· Dynamic Adaptability: The ability to travel and operate across multi-site contexts, reflecting a commitment to flexibility and organisational needs.
