Our client is seeking a visionary individual who can steer the organisation towards new horizons of success while ensuring a continued commitment to integrity, quality, and transparency.

 

The Role:

 

As the CEO, you will be the driving force behind our strategic development and operational management. This is a unique opportunity to pioneer excellence and inclusivity across all services, inspiring a culture of innovation and resilience. Your leadership will be instrumental in a period of transformational change, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and tenants' best interests.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

· Strategic Direction: Architect and champion the organisation's strategy and business plan while fostering an ethos of progressive and innovative leadership during times of change.

 

· Senior Management Leadership: Chair the executive and senior management teams to propagate operational distinction and ensure the organisation's objectives are precisely met.

 

· Culture and Change Management: Cultivate an organisational culture that is attuned to delivering the strategy, embracing change and prioritising key areas of development.

 

· External Relationships: Serve as an ambassador for the organisation, nurturing partnerships and collaborations that bolster the organisation's position and service delivery.

 

· Governance and Compliance: Steer the company within its governance framework, validating that all statutory and legal requirements are met while upholding an effective relationship with the Board of Directors.

 

· Human Resources Development: Oversee HR initiatives with an acute focus on training, development, and employee wellbeing, ensuring the adoption of emerging HR trends.

 

· Financial Oversight: Guarantee the organisation's financial health satisfies all financial covenants and provide prudent counsel to the Board on compliance and solvency matters.

About You:

 

As a leader, you guide with unwavering integrity, respecting the company's obligations and stakeholders' needs. Your ethical and principled approach is crucial to our client's success. In addition, you will be:

 

* A proven leader with significant executive experience, preferably within the Housing Association sector or similar third sector/public sector environments.

* A strategist with an impeccable track record of delivering results through leadership and collaboration.

* A change agent, adept at navigating organisational transformations with agility and resilience.

* A communicator who values stakeholder engagement and possesses the gravitas to represent the organisation at all levels.

* Happy to work on site at Head Office in the Midlands as a visible leader, empowering people and change to deliver exceptional outcomes for the communities it serves.

* Degree educated with significant experience and track record gained at Director/Executive officer level in social housing, third or public sector.
