I have worked with Roheela Khan of Martin Veasey for the past 3 to 6 months. As a candidate I dealt with Roheela in her quest to find appropriate candidates for a Manufacturing Director role. From the very start her communication style was informative, professional and friendly.

As the process progressed her sense of humour lightened up proceedings and her response to questions was always very fast. As a result, what could have been a stressful process became more enjoyable. Ultimately, she had matched my particular skill set and brand of management to an opportunity that really suited me. I was successful in my application and have spent over 6 weeks in the role now. It has worked out really well for me and I have asked Roheela to find me an Engineering Manager. In carrying out my request she has shown the same positive attributes in this process as she did when placing me.
