About the Role
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of expanding the company's footprint in Southeast Asia. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Driving New Business: Securing high-value contracts (USD $3M annually) with multinational corporations.
* Consultative Sales: Developing bespoke logistics solutions tailored to client needs, supported by internal solution design and operational teams.
* Market Expansion: Focusing on high-growth verticals, including technology, aviation (MRO and spare parts), and engineering.
* Cross-Border Logistics Expertise: Managing complex logistics solutions between Singapore and Malaysia.
This is a "hunter" role, focused on acquiring new clients and delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We're seeking a results-driven professional with:
* Industry Expertise: 5 years of experience in top-tier contract logistics providers, with a strong understanding of warehousing, transportation, and cross-border logistics.
* Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in securing high-value contracts (USD $3M annually) through consultative sales approaches.
* Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with technology, aviation, and engineering verticals is a must.
* Strategic Acumen: Experience navigating Southeast Asia's logistics landscape, including cross-border operations involving the Johor-Singapore Causeway.
* Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with C-suite executives and stakeholders, presenting tailored solutions that align with client goals.
