I have been working with Martin Veasey Talent Solutions for 8 months, they spent time sourcing and negotiating interviews for me, with their knowledge and understanding of the current recruitment market, they were able to guide me through the different job prospects, also when an opportunity arose, they briefed me on the requirements of the company and potential future benefits but keeping in consideration my expectations and needs as a person.

They spent a lot of time preparing me for the interviews, going through possible questions, talking through interview processes the different techniques that can be used, positive phrases and words, gathering data and stories to run through scenarios from past experiences.

During negotiations for the job offer, they were respectful of what my current needs were, my commitments, but also what I was looking for in the future, where I wanted to be and how I was trying to get there, even when my life situation changed and became complicated, they were there for me to talk things through and work things out, so opportunities were not lost or put on hold.
