I first had contact with Roheela from the Martin Veasey Talent Solutions team some 5 months ago, when she reached out to me about a new opportunity. Roheela was actually recruiting for a different role at the time but recognised my experience and skillset made me a potential candidate for another senior position in the same company.  

Engagement with me as the candidate was first rate - time was spent discussing the business, the leadership team, the company ambitions, and the business culture, whilst Roheela also invested in getting to know me as a person and what I was seeking in terms of my next challenge. It felt a very personalised experience, with a genuine interest in matching the requirements of both company and candidate.

Support was available throughout the recruitment process and Roheela was always very efficient in following up any queries I had, no matter the time of the day, nor the day of the week.
