Quality Control Supervisor, Nashua, NH
Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 + Bonus
Location: Nashua, New Hampshire (local candidates only; no relocation provided)
Join a leading global player in the adhesives and coatings industry as a Quality Control Supervisor! This is your chance to step into a pivotal leadership role at the company’s ISO 9000-certified flagship facility.
As Quality Control Supervisor, you will be the hands-on driving force behind quality, productivity, and teamwork improvements. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead quality initiatives that impact every corner of the business—from reducing waste and defects to elevating customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
• Supervise and develop the Quality Lab team, including hiring, training, and performance reviews
• Own the product quality specification and approval process
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Management to identify continuous improvements
• Oversee ISO 9000 activities, customer audits, and ensure compliance documentation
• Act as the technical liaison between QC, Manufacturing, and Management
• Champion lab maintenance and improvement projects
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and industrial experience
• QC lab experience testing manufactured products
• Familiarity with physical and analytical test equipment and methods
• Strong grasp of ISO 9000-related principles and standards
• Prior supervisory experience in a lab setting
• Industry experience in adhesives, coatings, drying, mixing, or web converting processes/equipment working to
• Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident (Green Card holder)
