Location: Harrow, Middlesex (Hybrid: 3 days in office - Tuesday to Thursday)

Salary: £35,000 base On-Target Earnings (OTE) up to £55,000

Start Date: July 2025

Role Scope and Customer Base

You will support Spanish-speaking customers across Southern Europe and Latin America, working with clients in telecommunications, aerospace, defence, automotive, semiconductors, energy infrastructure, and related sectors. You will promote a portfolio of test and measurement instruments via rental, leasing, pre-owned and new purchase, and asset optimisation services.

Responsibilities

* Conduct outbound sales outreach and respond to inbound enquiries

* Qualify and manage business opportunities through the full sales cycle

* Explain the value of our flexible commercial options - helping customers reduce costs, avoid outdated equipment, and deliver their projects more efficiently

* Maintain pipeline accuracy and forecast reliability using Salesforce CRM

* Coordinate with Spanish-speaking field sales representatives for large opportunities

* Build long-term relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders

Who You Are

* Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

* Previous experience in business-to-business sales, sales development, or account management

* Commercially confident, structured in approach, and motivated by results

* Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce

* Advantageous: familiarity with electronics, engineering, or industrial sectors
