Kelly has been immersed in the recruitment industry since 2006, steadily advancing through various sectors, desks, and roles. She has earned recognition as a Fellow of the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) and has pursued industry-specific distance learning for the past two decades, with plans to continue. Her expertise spans local, national, and global scales, assisting SMEs, Blue Chip companies, and global organisations in sourcing top talent.
 
A driving force behind relocating head office functions across the UK and beyond, Kelly provides guidance and implements relocation packages. With experience in contingent, retained, RPO, and preferred supplier arrangements, she offers a diverse range of solutions to meet staffing needs effectively.
 
During the past five years of her career, she has dedicated her efforts to fostering the growth of new business and nurturing key accounts. Her focus extends beyond merely expanding the services offered to existing clients; she is committed to cultivating new client relationships to seamlessly integrate into their hiring teams, serving as a genuine partner in their success.
 
Outside of work, Kelly leads a bustling life as a football mum and an active netball player. She dedicates her time to volunteer as a committee member for a local sports and social club, ensuring the community's children have access to seasonal events like meeting Santa, Easter Egg Hunts, and Halloween parties annually.
