Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Managing projects from the pre-contract stage to completion, ensuring successful handovers
  • Building and maintaining solid relationships with internal and client counterparts
  • Preparing and submitting estimates, cost plans, and pricing documents
  • Monitoring progress and managing the cost aspects of assigned projects.
  • Ensuring high levels of quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards
  • Participating in regular client meetings and providing expert advice on risks and opportunities

 

Key Skills & Experience:

  • A background in Highways, Infrastructure, or Maintenance Projects is ideal.
  • NEC3/4 experience is a must, along with a strong understanding of contractual terms.
  • Degree-level education is preferred, but HND or QBE qualifications will also be accepted.
  • Expert user of MS Excel (e.g. pivot table and VLOOKUP)
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities, with a meticulous eye for detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.

    What you'll do:
