£25000 Commission (Guaranteed for the first 6 Months). Benefits

When you browse job sites looking for sales roles, how many have you seen that offer a career instead of simply a job?

As for you, our client is looking for someone with a natural sales aptitude. Maybe you've left school after GCSEs and started working in customer service or sales or insurance, call centre or telesales or retail or you just completed you're A-levels or graduated from university? Whatever your situation, you'll need to be a confident communicator and capable of speaking well over the phone. Plus, you'll need a decent understanding of maths as you'll be dealing with financial quotes and proposals.

 

They can teach you everything else you'll need to succeed, but you'll have to supply the attitude, desire, and work ethic. In return our client will guarantee your commission for the first six months and also in your first year they will not set any sales targets as they want you to focus on developing your sales and customer account relationship skills.
