Mike started his career with a high profile, global FMCG (confectionery, ice cream, soft drinks, snacks) Manufacturing business. He spent his early careers within Sales Support, Marketing, Finance and Field Sales.
After a year working for a sister company in Australia, Mike moved into recruitment in the early 1990’s. He spent 12 years with another global brand, finishing as an Operating Director in charge of three offices.
He subsequently worked for a medium sized recruiter learning about psychometric testing and how it can be used to assist in both recruitment and L&D activities.
He has over 30 years’ recruitment experience working across a range of disciplines and sectors, including Marketing, Sales, HR, Operations within FMCG, Leisure, Financial Services, Public Sector, Telecomms and others.
He has a keen interest in helping clients to look at talent from different angles, not just what they have done, but how they behave and ensuring a true fit with their organisation.
