So you've got your engineering degree. It's been hard work, but you've done it. You've recently graduated in a mechanical, electrical, chemical, or process engineering discipline and have several routes open to you.

Maybe there's one that doesn't sound too exciting but pays amazingly well, or one that could be a great job but won't lead anywhere in terms of career progression, or even one where there's excellent training but a minimal salary.

Which one do you take?

How about the one that gives you all of those positives without the negatives? A career in a highly respected, industry-leading, multi-national engineering company that will invest heavily in you and your future?

Our client is looking for exceptional engineering graduates who don't just want a job. They want people like you with ambition and the desire to become the best engineers possible.

And they will support your development from your initial training in the manufacturing control room through to supervisory and management levels, including your Chartership to become a respected CEng.

Plus, while you're gaining this world-class training, development, and experience, you'll also be earning a good living from your salary and shift allowances, working in our client's 24/7/365 process plant.

One more thing, if you don't live locally, our client will also assist you in relocating nearby. That's how serious they are about bringing in skilled engineers to their business.

If you're still not sure whether this is the right role for you, here's a checklist for you to tick off:

* Stable, secure, business

* Large multi-national, with opportunities to live and work all over the world

* Career development working with highly skilled engineers

* Chartership

* Great salary

* Relocation assistance
