They are seeking a professional Site/Plant Manager, ideally educated to degree standard in an engineering discipline or similar, to take the lead at a strategically important site located in Essex.

· Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
· Understanding of applications like high-temperature processes, contamination challenges, etc.
· Excellent commercial acumen, including cost management, pricing strategies, together with Customer contracts and Distributor / Agents / Toll Manufacturer agreements.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Willingness to travel extensively to global locations.
