The Role: Lead, Sell, and Strategize

 

As Regional Sales Director – Aerospace & Time-Critical Logistics (Americas), you will be both a high-impact individual contributor and a strategic leader. You will drive new business growth, manage key accounts, and develop third-party contract logistics opportunities across North and South America.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Drive New Business Growth – Secure high-value aerospace logistics contracts for third-party contract logistics solutions.
  • Strategic Sales Leadership – Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with global expansion plans.
  • Hands-On Selling – Act as a top-performing sales hunter, building strong relationships and closing high-value deals.
  • Key Account Management – Strengthen direct relationships with airlines, airports, and aviation partners.
  • Lead & Mentor – Inspire and develop a high-performing sales team while delivering individual results.
  • Market Expansion – Identify emerging business opportunities within aviation and third-party logistics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with operations, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Deliver Revenue & Profit Growth – Own a multi-million-dollar sales target with strong profit margins.

 

Who You Are:

 

  • Industry Expert – 5+ years of experience in aviation logistics, third-party contract logistics, or mission-critical logistics sectors (e.g., automotive VOR, marine logistics, pharmaceutical cold chain).
  • Sales-Driven Leader – A track record of winning major third-party contract logistics accounts.
  • Relationship Builder – Strong industry connections in aviation, logistics, and freight forwarding.
  • Strategic & Hands-On – Comfortable executing sales strategy while closing deals personally.
  • Energetic & Resilient – A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proven Leadership – Experience mentoring teams while maintaining personal sales accountability.
