About the Role

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be pivotal in driving the company's growth strategy across key locations in India-Pune, Bangalore, and Gurgaon/Delhi. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Targeted Business Development: Securing high-value contracts (₹30-50 lakh annually) with clients in key industries such as engineering, manufacturing, technology, and branded e-commerce.
  • Regional Focus: Leveraging the unique industrial strengths of each location:
  • Pune: Automotive and heavy engineering sectors.
  • Bangalore: Technology, IT hardware, and data centers.
  • Gurgaon/Delhi: Industrial logistics and retail.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Identifying client needs and delivering bespoke logistics solutions in collaboration with solution design and operations teams.
  • Market Expansion: Building relationships with multinational corporations and tailoring solutions to align with their regional and global logistics goals.

This role demands a proactive "hunter" mindset, with a focus on acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth in competitive markets.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a driven and experienced business development professional with the following qualifications:

 

Experience & Expertise

  • Industry Leadership: 5 years of experience with top-tier contract logistics providers, specializing in high-value consultative sales.
  • Sector Knowledge: Proven success in industries such as automotive, engineering, technology, and branded consumer goods.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated ability to secure and manage high-value contracts (₹30-50 lakh annually).
  • Market Insight: Deep understanding of India's logistics landscape, with knowledge of regional opportunities and challenges in Pune, Bangalore, and Gurgaon/Delhi.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to design and execute customized logistics solutions for diverse industries.
