Location: Suzhou, Free Trade Zone  

Our client is the division of a NYSE quoted multinational specialising in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.

As a result of dynamic and rapid growth they are seeking a university degree educated, English speaking and experienced Drug Supply & Inventory Coordinator/Associate to join their large logistics and packaging operation in Suzhou, located in the Free Zone area.

You will report to the Suzhou based Logistics Operations & Inventory Manager and will also liaise closely with the Country General Manager and the rest of the site and operational team.

We’re seeking a capable and talented Drug Supply & Inventory Coordinator. Our client is focused on serving the packaging and distribution requirements of clinical trials across the world. They are involved in planning, packaging, labelling, storing. picking and distributing the important supplies needed to perform clinical research. You will play a key role ensuring the highest levels of quality and accuracy when making clinical trial drugs, study documents and materials available for clinical trial drugs order preparation and shipment.

The Role:

  • Be responsible for planning, implementation, supply and inventory processing of clinical trial drugs, study documents and materials for shipment orders to ensure clinical trial materials are well- supplied in accordance with the cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) pharmaceutical standards.
  • Perform all processes in accordance to established procedures and cGMP standards
  • Support the activities of planning, implementing, motivating, co-monitoring, and tracking study documents and tracking tools
  • Coordinate to ensure the shipment of clinical trial order processing in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with cGMP standards
  • Checking and confirmation of order data entry on to the system.
  • Complete regular reports (as required by Management or client) pertaining to inventory of clinical trials drugs and associated materials and documents.
  • Support PM to update contact listings, update checklist, generate and compile reports as requested.
  • To ensure the inventory of supplies is accurately, properly and safely stored and maintained with supporting documentation.
  • To undertake updates of status of clinical trial supplies in the system according to procedure.

 Your Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science such as pharmacology or biology or bio medical sciences or Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Distribution, or other related discipline, and the equivalent knowledge and working experience in logistics.
  • 1-3 years relevant supply and inventory processing experience from a pharmaceutical or clinical trials supply and inventory processing environment.
  • Good command of English (CET4 or CET6 preferred).
  • Good command of computer skills (MS Office).
  • This experience must ideally have been gained within China within a blue multinational logistics environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact well with all types of people in and outside of the company.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, independent, enthusiastic and driven.
  • Customer-oriented. Details-oriented. Teamwork spirit. Ability to work under pressure Communication skills.
