Competency profiling – profiling the requirements of a position in terms of skill, abilities and personal attributes help to determine what is needed to carry out a role successfully.
Criteria based interviewing – key criteria for a position are drawn up and interviews are structured around them so that candidates are evaluated in an unbiased way.
Psychometric testing – aptitude and personality are among the many characteristics of an individual that can be assessed and evaluated before being judged against the agreed required competencies.
