If you broadly meet the client requirements, we will ask you some specific questions by email and possibly undertake further email exchanges with you. You will deal with a dedicated consultant from The Martin Veasey Partnership who will be on hand throughout the process to answer any queries that you may have or to liaise with the client on your behalf. Throughout the process you may also have contact with other consultants and administration staff. Following this, the most appropriate candidates will be asked to undertake a short telephone interview. If we feel that your details should be forwarded to our client then we will submit your CV and interview notes accordingly and keep you informed of the progress with the client. All interviews with the client will be organised and arranged by ourselves. We normally advise candidates of the format that clients will be adopting in their shortlist selection process. In addition to interview, some clients may use psychometric testing as part of their selection procedure. Other clients may ask shortlisted candidates to undertake a short presentation maybe utilising a visual aid. Occasionally, clients may require attendance at an assessment centre together with other candidates. Normally any job offer would initially be presented to the successful candidate by ourselves.
