Understanding our Clients and Candidates
As a professional consultancy we work to a specific brief agreed between ourselves and our clients and our objective is to provide the best candidates for a particular role. In order to do this successfully we have to operate as much more than simply an intermediary between the two parties. So just as we like to know our clients well we also like to know about the candidates whom we are representing. Upon receipt of a CV we ask all candidates to complete an information request form. This enables the candidate to confirm details about their current circumstances, core skills and career objectives. This may then be followed up with a face to face interview.

Application Process
If you are applying for a specific position our experienced consultants are able to advise you on your suitability and will keep you informed of the progress of your application at every stage of the selection process. If you are not successful with one application we may discuss other opportunities with you that you may like to be considered for.

Speculative Applications
Some of our clients may not always be seeking to fill a particular role but do like to meet high calibre candidates in a variety of disciplines. For this reason we like to hear from candidates on a speculative basis so that we can talk to them about clients that might be interested in someone with their specific skills.

It is important to point out that everything we do is on a confidential basis and at no stage will we put your details in front of a client organisation without your permission. Equally, given the often sensitive nature of making a career move we will only contact you when and how you prefer in order to avoid compromising your current situation.
