Martin is a graduate in Behavioural Science from Aston University, specialising in occupational psychology, with a supply chain recruitment background spanning 20 years plus. He has been a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. A highly experienced search & selection consultant Martin has successfully filled a number of senior level UK and international assignments including recruitment of complete teams. Specialist areas Senior Executive & Board appointments, supply chain and logistics and human resources throughout the UK, Middle East and South East Asia.

Following a 10 year career as an HR Manager within the automotive sector, Martin established himself as one of the foremost recruiters within the specialist Supply Chain and Logistics sector. His expertise within this sector has led to recognition within the generalist UK and international Search and Selection market.

Generalist recruitment experience includes retail management, IT, property, sales and marketing, production management, wholesale, finance, HR and merchandising. Martin is also qualified to administer Psychometric Tests and Assessments.

Roheela is a graduate in Labour Studies (including Supply Chain and Operations Management modules) with French, from Warwick University. Roheela is also a Graduate of the CIPD through examination. She commenced her career in recruitment, in the mid eighties, progressing to Divisional Director and then Operations Director specialising in the own account, 3PL/4PL, retail and fmcg-manufacturing sectors in the UK and Europe.

Specialist areas are supply chain and logistics throughout the UK and Europe. Roheela also has generalist recruitment experience. Recent and ongoing assignments have included Group Supply Chain Director, Head of Solutions Design, Strategy Planning Managers & Directors, Value Chain Managers, Country Manager, Marketing Managers, Trading Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Logistics Systems Specialist, for clients based in the UK, Europe, Middle East , Hong Kong and Latin America.

Harriet is a graduate in Agri-Food Marketing & Business Studies, from Harper Adams Agricultural College. Her early career was spent in sales and retail development with Walkers Snack Foods, part of PepsiCo. Harriet then joined a leading recruiter within the fmcg sector, where she specialised in recruiting sales and marketing professionals.

Harriet worked closely with Roheela and Martin, as part of a team of specialist supply chain recruiters, focusing on supply chain and logistics professionals for the retail sector. More recently, Harriet has been an Account Manager with a specialist supply chain and logistics training services provider, working with many high profile, retail and consumer brand names.

Julie has achieved 15 years recruitment experience in the London market and for 12 years ran a successful Knightsbridge Recruitment Agency specialising in the Property/Relocation and Graduate markets. Key achievements include setting a graduate training scheme in place for a major supply-chain client and successfully headhunting and selecting key teams for an international relocation client.

Following a move to the Midlands, Julie joined The Martin Veasey Partnership and specialist areas include Logistics, Supply Chain and HR in the Midlands and North of England.

Heidi is a graduate in Business Administration. As well as four years Recruitment Consultant and Account Management experience, gained within the London financial sector, her experience includes working as an In House Recruiter for a Healthcare Company where she coordinated recruitment across all business functions.

Heidi works across all sectors, handling vacancies in the Midlands and South of England.
