Martin is a graduate in Behavioural Science from Aston University, specialising in occupational psychology, with a supply chain recruitment background spanning 20 years plus. He has been a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. A highly experienced search & selection consultant Martin has successfully filled a number of senior level UK and international assignments including recruitment of complete teams. Specialist areas Senior Executive & Board appointments, supply chain and logistics and human resources throughout the UK, Middle East and South East Asia.

Following a 10 year career as an HR Manager within the automotive sector, Martin established himself as one of the foremost recruiters within the specialist Supply Chain and Logistics sector. His expertise within this sector has led to recognition within the generalist UK and international Search and Selection market.

Generalist recruitment experience includes retail management, IT, property, sales and marketing, production management, wholesale, finance, HR and merchandising. Martin is also qualified to administer Psychometric Tests and Assessments.

Roheela is a graduate in Labour Studies (including Supply Chain and Operations Management modules) with French, from Warwick University. Roheela is also a Graduate of the CIPD through examination. She commenced her career in recruitment, in the mid eighties, progressing to Divisional Director and then Operations Director specialising in the own account, 3PL/4PL, retail and fmcg-manufacturing sectors in the UK and Europe.
